I received a frozen smoked turkey...when should I take it to thaw for Christmas dinner and how do I cook without drying it out.what temp ? How long? Should I cover with foil? Please help thank you
Note...The fastest and best bet to keep the meat moist is to Slice the meat and shingle it in a roasting pan. Follow the above instructions except the reheat will only take about 20 minutes...JJ
