Smoked Turkey Meat Loaf (with Q-Vue)

Happy Sunday All!

My wife and I decided to try a meat loaf on the PBC today.  First time with a meat loaf on the smoker, so fingers are crossed it will turn out good!

Basic Recipe:

- Ground Turkey

- Sauteed Veggies 

- Eggs

- Steel Cut Oats

- Salt

- Pepper

- Worstershire sauce

- My #8 BBQ Rub

- Garlic Powder

- Onion Powder

- Mustard

- Ketchup

- Salt Lick Honey Pecan BBQ Sauce

Smoker:

- Pit Barrel Cooker

- Cherry Wood
