My Thanksgiving Day smoked turkey breast and appetizers. The appetizers were smoked scotch eggs and atomic buffalo turds. Everything turned out excellent.


 
I have got to make some ABT's this week! The Skin on the Bird looks Awesome. What temp did you smoke at?...JJ

Around 275-280 degrees for a few hours, and finished the last 30-40 minutes at 395 degrees. Finally temp inside the breast was 160 and pulled her off the fire.
