Picked up a pack of tenderloins last trip to the grocery store. Kinda mimicked Jeff's video.
Seasoned up with some Holy Vodoo and back in the fridge for a few hrs.
Got the RT 590 fired up and did a high temp burn and settled it back down to 235°.
Used the RT Ultimate Blend pellets with a tube of Pecan.
Temps brought to 140° and glazed a few times with Maple Syrup and Jeff's Original. Pulled them out at 146° and let rest. Approx . 3 hrs
Sliced, very juicy and tender.
Plated with some mashed tators/ gravy and an iceberg salad.
