Smoked scallops at 250 over cherry wood for 90 minutes

Thanks a lot guys! I'd love to take credit for the scallops but they were store bought ...I was going to pan the lobster with a little water in it then smoke it but my wife said no! lol she thought the scallops shouldn't be smoked lol she doesn't think so anymore lol it was very good! My wife was talking about going to red lobster so I dodged that bullet by bringing red lobster to her!
