First time freezing my leftover pork ribs. Not sure how its going to taste once its reheated.

I vacuum sealed a bunch of left over spareribs and was very pleased with how they reheated. Heated in boiling water and then consumed.
 
Yep you'll be good to go! Some actually prefer the flavor better after reheating.

Just put the vac pack in simmering water for about 30-60 minutes, if frozen.
You won’t be able to tell that they didn’t just come off the smoker.
