Smoked Ribeye for the weekend

    This was my second attempt at smoking a ribeye. Smoked it at 220 with Pecan until it reached 105 then seared it on the grill at 550 for about 1 and half minutes to 125. Pulled it off the grill and tented it for 10 minutes until it got to 130. It was deliciousdelicious!

    Had to wash it down properly as well

    Thanks for the comments, yea I', lovin' smoking steaks and just about anything else. A lot to learn yet but it sure is fun and delicious!

    The Bird Dog was good too!
