Looks great. AND WHAT A PRICE. A tick rare for me but like Bear said It's not my steak. Tater looks fabulous.. My friends mom used to grow horseradish in CT where I grew up. Made awesome cocktail sauce.

What temp did you smoke at? What temp did you pull it? How long was it in the smoke? I'm smoking one in the morning and trying to read as many prime rib threads as I can.
