I do one all the time for it's one of the wifes favorite foods that comes out of my smoker. Then you know the saying a happy wife makes for a happy life.

Meatloaf is a great thing to smoke. You can smoke just about any dish that you would cook in the oven.

We love smoked meatloaf so much that we often throw one on even when the smoke is planned for something else.
