Smoked meat balls

    We smoked sum meat balls for the first time till they hit 155. Put on sum bbq sauce and added a little hot sauce after the smoke and added a fork! Charcoal and hickory chips n chunks in my mes 30. :biggrin:

    You got any liver in those meatballs?

    No liver in them, but beef livers where smokin under them. Lol. :drool
