Looks incredible! I just have one small issue with the bite shot. A true Jucy Lucy money/bite shot is the cheese burning ones chin and face 😂. Always fun to get on camera. Fries look delicious as the burger. Nice job.

Haha! First Thank you! and actually the cheese wasn't molten hot since the burger was smoked the Velveeta was just that perfect melted oozing out temp!

I'll try to do better next time!
 
Before the rest of the country found out about the Jucy Lucy, the best was seeing someone who had never had before biting into one. Even with being warned they always seem to get burned!

Pork rib meat on smoked burger? Mind blown. Now I want to try it, I bet it tastes so good. I just so happen to have two St. Louis smoked racks in the freezer. Maybe I’ll pull those out for the fourth and I was already planning on doing burgers. nice presentation.

I've done it myself on grilled burgers ! It's like lava on your face!

Go for it! I made ribs the other day and had a few left over so I figured why not? Haha
 
Smoked Juicy Lucy and Loaded Steak Fries

1 pound ground beef divided into 4 equal parts and made into patties.

A thick slice of Velveeta placed on two of the patties.

Those two patties are topped with the last two and (2) ½ pound burgers are formed.

Into the smoker the burgers go at 275F for about 1 hour.

When the burgers are done some steak fries were air fried at 400F for 15 minutes then removed from the air fryer and a piece of tinfoil inserted and the fries returned for another couple of minutes topped with cheese curds and chopped up leftover bacon.

The meat from a leftover pork spare rib was removed and heated up.
