Featured Smoked ham and other things Christmas dinner.

Nothing super elaborate but tasty. Started with the wife's roasted butternut squash soup

Smoked spiral ham with charred pineapple and glaze

Cheesy scalloped potatoes

green bean with butter sauteed almonds

plated with a biscuit

Not the most elaborate dinner but was very good....with lots of leftovers.

What did you use as a glaze for the ham?

Thanks, I used some of what came in the ham and added pineapple juice and reduced a bit. I also poured pineapple juice all over the top before it went in the oven then added about 1/2" of the juice with water to the bottom of the pan to keep the moisture up.
