This past weekend.

I used this recipe and it was delicious.

I had to cut the brisket in half to fit in my Bradley.

Put it on the smoker at 11:30 pm at 220 deg.

Took it off around 12 hrs later, wrapped it in foil and put it in the oven for 4 more hours while I ran some errands.

Then used FTC until we ate at 6:30.

You say you cut it in half, Was it a packer and you actually cut it in half or did you separate the point and flat?
