while i had to shovel snow today, i decided to smoke some Cornish hens. and old Georgia boy,i am not use to snow anyway, did i tell you how much i hate snow, anyway i started up the lang smoker for some Cornish hens. took the hens out of the package, and made some of jeffs cowboy rub, and rubbed them thangs down.. i want to thank jeff for selling that recipe, thats good stuff. now my smoker up to temp, that pretty blue smoke coming out, i added the hens, smoked until i though they were ready. put the temp guage and found out that they were not 165-170 yet so back in.here they are all plated up mrs. lang fixed some extras. two fat people had a great meal, minutes before the daytona 500.
