I smoke some corn on the cob recently,,,,,soak it overnight,,,clean out the silk,,and smoke away,,,,i'm sure everyone here has tried it tho,,

Hello , Garryto. Glad to here from you .

You being close to Mexico , you may have had a road trip there.  Interesting if you haven't. The Street food is amazing , a wagon with Corn was vending the Ears right off the cart. His seasoning was  9(ready) Mayonaisse. stripped the ear of silk , dipped in a jar of Mayo. , husk pulled back up and roasted .

They were great , and no Butter needed.
