Sweet corn is coming in now. I read about folks vacuum sealing corn on the cob with butter , freezing it, and later cooking it boiling water while still in the bag. Does anyone do this?

Never thought of this. But I like it! Thanks for the time and temp!I do vac packed corn in the SV. 170 water temp for 30 minutes from fresh .
I would think from frozen ad 30 .
Pot of water , I would bring to a boil . Add the frozen corn , put the lid on , and turn the heat off . let it sit 30 minutes ?
Seal up a couple single ears and do some testing to get the timing right .
