We usually try to slice or treat like a big steak. smoke to about 150 and let rest (women here like their meat a little more done) and then slice with some veggies.I have Chuckie Burnt Ends in the smoker right now... And a big Butt too.

Here's some options:I was just wondering if anybody has tried a smoked chuck roast. Had it at a BBQ joint in Illinois about a week ago. And it was pretty darn good.
