Picked up a chicken the other day. Halved it and now on the smoker. Man it's been forever since i posted a cook. Used pit barrels all purpose rub.

That looks great. I have one in brine right now getting ready to smoke tomorrow. I hope it turns out as nice as yours.

Those look real good amlong. I like the hanging aspect.

Thanks Chris. Thank you for the point. They say hanging it promotes more even cooking. I'd have to agree with that, i haven't had one piece of meat more cooked than another or any part of the meat that was burnt.
