Smoked Chex Mix Again

Been smoking chex mix for years now. This is my 2nd batch smoking in the RV.

I use elastic cheese cloth type ham bags to cover the racks.

Yummy! I need to smoke some more snack mix myself - I will be out after tomorrow night.

Even though the Chex didnt have heat applied, give it a rest for an hour or so before you bag it.

Try to keep your mitts outta it
