Smoked-Cheese Burgers

Just thought I'd brag about my dinner tonight. Added salt and pepper to some ground sirloin and topped one with smoked sharp cheddar, and mine had smoked gorgonzola. I smoked the cheeses with my AMNTS using pit master's choice, about 1 month ago.
