Evening smokers. Nice day here so fired up the stickburner for some pork Tenderloins. Rubbed them up with some cajun rub I received from
tx smoker
for Christmas. I've used it on a few things and it's delicious

Fire going with hickory/cherry. Running 225
Tenderloins on
They took a little less than 2 hours to get to 140
Once they hit 140 pulled them off for a 10min rest
All sliced up. Nice and juicy
Yum
Plated up with some garlic roasted taters and leftover beans from our burnt ends the other day
