Nice . That looks fantastic . A place close by , Fricks meats sells a 1 pound chub and a 1 1/2 pound chub . Be perfect for this .

Try the deli in your local grocer. They may sell you one or just tell them how much you want and not to slice it.
 
Nice! All I can find anymore are the 2 lb pieces by John Merrell. Flat ends too, not like the above chub.
