Thanks for having a looksy, I haven't cut into it yet because its still hanging, but will post pics when I do, as for My next batch, I have a post goin on the Pork section, because I also have loins goin on with the 2 new bellies, heres the link, hope it works, but have a look in the section I mentioned and there You will see the new batch.......S
