I smoked some meat on my drum and made a tostada.

I seasoned some beef chuck strips, chicken and pork hunks with some olive oil, kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Smoked on my drum for about 1 hour. (with a bit of mesquite)

    Made some pico de gallo...

    Gathered some lettuce...

    Heated my tortillas...

    Started building....
    Refried beans and smoked beef...

    Smoked chicken, pork and cheese....

    Lettuce and pico...

Thanks for checking out my smoked meat tostada. :)

Thanks for taking it to the next level. Truly a wonderful job. It's like the Food Network around here when you cook something. I honestly LOVE the variety. Thanks!

You know my wife got mad the first time she saw me "chatting with Cowgirl" on here. Orginally it was because she was sure I flirting, now she looks at posts like this and her jealously has only gotten worse. Now it's because she realizes that in addition to competing with mom's cooking now she's up against cowgirl too.

    LOLOLOLOL

Fantastic looking view, as always. Points!
