Cooked these on the Mak 1 star General

Asian marinade I just made up as I was going.
3 tbs avocado oil
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
3 tbs rice vinegar
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sriracha
1 tbs red chili flakes
.5 tbs garlic salt
1 teaspoon ginger

Smoked for an hour or so at 225 deg
Painted with teriyaki sauce, took off the smoker, and pan seared for char at the end.

Stir Fried the veggies while the breasts were resting.

It was very smoky and the layers of flavor were impressive!

Bonus pic of buffaloed cauliflower bites I made tonight as well

That sounds and looks really good. I need to pick up a couple breasts and give that a try.

I don't think I've ever even heard of Avocado oil. What's it taste like. The food looks yummy and I like chicken breasts.

Point for sure

That plate looks so nice. what kind of pellets you burning in that MAK 1? From what I've read, they're a great cooker.

It’s a milder tasting olive oil for taste comparison with a ridiculously high smoke point.

For this cook I used lumberjack 100% oak. It’s an awesome cooker! Especially with the flame zone.

Nice cook man! At least it wasn’t 15 here in east TN tonight! Would have fired up the grill myself but still munching on the leftover two yard birds I did a couple days ago
