I picked up a marinated tri-tip for dinner tonight. 250 on cherry to an IT of 133 followed by a reverse sear. Sides are Yukon Gold oven fries and onions, and peas fresh from the garden.



 
It's amazing how I can just take smoky grilled chicken off the Weber, look at your pics, and suddenly want tri tip!  Great looking meal!

Tri Tip  has become one of my favorites. Yours looks amazing! I just did the same thing on Saturday. Tri Tip smoked until about 128 then reverse seared on a grill over the open fire box on my offset. I did cast iron red potatoes with cheese and bacon and fresh sweet corn.
