Smoked a pork butt on my new homemade reverse flow

    Didnt figure it would turn out even close to as good as it did.

    Capped it off with a glass of homemade sweet apple wine..
    Thanks goes to dave omar for the help with my build.

    That's really great looking PP.  Nice bark, and you can just see how very moist the meat is.  Good job.

    Havent painted it yet is why there wasnt an action shot. I wanted to test it first.

    Looks to me like she passed with flying colors.
