Had some pork loin left over from another project, tossed it on Trident 1 an smoked er up.



The pick don't show it real well, but the smoke ring was over a 1/4" thick. Sure is tastey!

Sliced nice an thin fer sammies an then vac bagged inta 1/4 lb servins. Makes one mean sammie!

Now that is a fine job there Tip. You not only have a nice hunk of meat cut into slabs for dinner you also have a bunch of sandwich meat to boot. Now that is almost a most if you are going to start smoking for real is the slicer and food saver. Unless you have to feed a big crew all the time and most of us are just families with a smoker. Very nice job there Tip.
