Smoke Timing: First ever prok butts on new WSM 22

I have two 7.5lb butts I am prepping and going to throw on tonight at some point with some guidance. Anyone have any hour count guideline for me? I'm smoking at 250 with a foil wrapped clay saucer. I want to time these right for lunch tomorrow. The digiQ will be tending while I snooze. Haha.
