Hey I'm Jay from New Jersey. New to the game of smoking. Grilled for many years but smoking is a new ball game. I have a Weber smokey mountain 18". First smoke out did10 lbs of brisket and 13 lbs of pork shoulder. Everyone loved it including myself. HOOKED!!!! Reading many of your posts and only getting more inspired and more Hungry! Thanks !

Thanks guys! Bout to smoke a pork shoulder and flank steak jerky tonight. Figured I'd put the pork on the bottom rack and keep the beef ontop. Working with an 18" smokey mountain. Any suggestions?
