Did a arm roast, kinda like a chuckie in my opinion.

Bad pic. Meat looking bad. Lol.

Seasoned and on the smoker. Used a new seasoning.

Used oak pellets.

Panned with Lagar at 145IT.

Don't know what IT I pulled it at. It was probe tender.

The dog loved this.

Nice little smoke ring.

Some chopped some pulled.

In the fridge till the next day
No pics but run it all through a chopper, added it to a Crock-Pot and added gravey.

Hot roast beef sammies for dinner yesterday.

Adam, I'm sitting here waiting for SWMBO to get home from work.  Dinner's waiting on her, and those chopped, pulled, and sandwich pics just about sent me into the kitchen to start without her!  Absolutely scrumptious looking meals.

Thanks, I might brag a bit here.

It was VERY good. May not be as good as a chuckie but we get steaks made from our chuck roasts so all we have is arm and rump roasts. The rumps get cured

Looks really good, and I think my sore mouth could handle that right there!

Points sir!

Thanks. It is a soft meal. The wife ate hers on toast.

Hopefully you heal quickly

That meat is making my mouth water,I made Osso Bucco last night from the shank

Adam, that meal looks scrumpdillyicious, just a word of warning be very careful feeding the pooch cooked beef bones. They splinter easily and can do major harm to the mouth and internals of your dog.

Point to you

Thanks for kind words and points.

As far as the bones, beef bones are very hard.  That bone will be around for years.  No chicken or pork bones thou.

Adam I'm sitting waiting for supper to cook. I really DID NOT need to see that fantastic sammie.

So.....what's an arm roast? You must have mutant cattle out your way. LOL

Far as cooked bones go,aside from poultry, we feed them all to Roxy. The ham bones she completely devours. Been doing it for 8 1/2 years with no problems.
