OK it's been 2 1/2 weeks.  How's the cheese !!!!

Mine is still in the fridge for another week and it's killing me.

The cheese is really good - I just tried some a few minutes ago.  I will probably have to eat some more shortly

How long did you smoke the BSRs?  I've tried 3-2-1 on them, that was way off.
