Threw some whole wings on the smoker for about 2 hours. Used the A-Maze-N-Pellet Tube Smoker for smoke. Worked like a champ.

Made a wing sauce with some homemade BBQ sauce some honey and butter.

Here they are going on the smoker.

Here they are about to be flipped

Finished on a nice hot grill.

All plated

My dinner plate with homemade Cheddar biscuits.

Thanks for looking.

I love wings and those look great Brian -

I love doing whole wings.  Trim off the tips though.  No one eats them and it saves a bit of room that way.

I've done it twice. I' only go 30-40 min tops because that's my balance between smoke and traditional wings. I love the hint of smoke mixed in my spicy wings dipped in ranch blue cheese crumbles.
