Smithfield Extra Tender Baby Back Ribs

Hi Target had a sale on the Smithfield ET BB ribs for $1.50 lb. I picked up two racks to smoke on my 22 WSM. I read some where that they cook faster then the other BB's ribs..I going to with temps 250-275 so what kinda of time am I looking at?

Depends on how thick they are, but probably 3-4 hours.

Me too! Buck Fifty sounds like a measure the freezer room, and fill it up sale. Check the date on them.
Love me some Baby Backs.
Typically for me they run $2.59 to $2.99 # at Sam's Club, Smithfield vacuum packs. Never frozen.
I always repackage mine into half racks, two halves to a bag, freezer packs. My usual is a half rack per person.
Meat in the freezer is like Money in the Sm00ker Bank. LOL! ;)

Thanks Chef Jimmy! I didn't know that.
Basically, I see Smithfield BB ribs in the cases and my eyes glaze over, and I go into a dream state... :confused:
I'll look next time.

Does the injection make them cook slower/faster/or no difference?
