Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Getting ready for slow cooker salisbury steak. Easy recipe and is only a 3 hour cooker time.
I will post the other pix when we get close. Dinner will be me, wife and daughters family around 5p.

My Weston slow cooker/indoor smoker.

I should say poor mans salisbury steak.

Ok
Got the mix all whisked up. Now layer the meat and shrooms and put in the mix.

Now cover and on high for 2.5 hours. Next get the bow tie noodles going.

Yup! I make the same thing. Though I make my own beef patties with it. Looks great! And as said before. Is it dinner time yet?!
