Was planning on the smoker but like normal these KY winds are terrible at 18mph today.

So i have a backup....Ninja foodie Xl

Going with some of this for the start, yes on top of the SPG from overnight.

Foodie at 250 for 1.5 hrs.

Here are the other players. You dont need to get all Einstein with em. I just eye it.
Use what you like.

Close to the first round on the grate.

Now take grate out and get a pan. You will need some foile also.

Add some coke for braising. Just a little.

Now sprinkle some brown sugar on em.

Next the honey and whatever kind of hot sauce you like.
Foil the pan tight. You want to braise this for 25 mins at 375.

After braising, replace the grill tray and finish these off on grill setting for 20 mins.

Use any bbq sauce you like to finish.

Looks great! I love pork belly about any way it can be made.
 
Oh yes! I already had my pork belly allotment for the month, but I’d take some of those!!!
