After getting my first smoker in September and smoking many ribs, pork shoulders, etc. I thought I would try my first packer brisket. Smoked it overnight at 225 and the result is probably the best piece of meat I've ever cooked. If Steven Raichlen describes his brisket as "slam dunk," is this worthy of a Boomshakalaka?
