Skirt Steak & BB Ribs

Fortunate to have some life long friends visit over the week. So I took a break where I could and cooked up a spread. Skirt steak with a brief lime marinade, reverse seared on the kettle, with Chimichurri. Cola Sauce Baby Backs, elote corn, and some GR mashed potatoes. We had a great time catching up and a lot of great food!
