Well one of the guys I work with is going home tomorrow for a month and had a bunch of food left that he dropped off to cook up tonight for a few of us. Boneless skinless chicken thighs we seasoned up then marinated, we did a couple potato packs with bacon and mushrooms, stuffed some portabellas with ricota, fine diced onion and spinach with some salt and pepper, and one he requested the meat candy. The pellet pooper is full.....
