Shout Out to The Sausage Maker

Just a quick shout out to The Sausage Maker (.com).
I received an order from TSM yesterday but they sent the wrong casings. A quick phone call and a few minutes later I got an email that they were sending the correct ones, and I could just keep the wrong ones. Great customer service, and worth a mention.

I have to agree with you, Braz - I never had any issues with TSM Customer Service. Hope I won't....

I've been ordering from them for years & they have messed up several orders, but they always let you keep the wrong things & send out the right stuff right away. You would think they would look at who is pulling these orders.
But anyway I agree they have great CS!!

I buy alot from them too . Just my luck they always get mine right the first time .

I agree, they have always provided me good fast service. Never had a problem so far. I really like there seasonings too because they are consistent and a very reasonable price point. The casing they have are darn good too, no a bunch of ends and pieces like you get in a small pack. I always buy the full hank.

Funny, I just made my first order with TSM. One item order and they sent the wrong item. I contacted them and they made good on the order. Anybody need 4" beef bung?
