New member, long time lurker. I asked Santa for a smoker and he brought me a Chefs Mark Vertical 36" Propane Smoker, very similar to the Cuisinart COS-244. Not the one I asked, but hey we all gotta start somewhere The thing is built like a tank and I'm anxious to season it and smoke my first piece of meat. Glad to be apart of a group of vet smokers that don't mind helping others. Terminology will be my biggest learning curve here on the forums, with all these abbreviations
