 Well, I should have ask sooner but,,,,,,,,,  tomorrow Im going to be smoking 4- 4lb buts. I also have 4 spatchcock birds that are about 3lbs each Im wanting to do at the same time. I recon Im going to shoot for 275 degrees +/-  smoking temps.   At these temps, about how long should the yard birds take? I know what the IT on the birds should be, but ABOUT how long should they take to be able to pull at the same time as the butts?  I know its kinda a vague question but Im in desperate need of a starting point......

At 275°F I plan on 20 minutes a pound plus add some wiggle room. You can always crisp the skin on the grill or in a 425 Oven if they are done a little early..JJ
