Sorry about the extra surgeries your Dad had to go through, but sounds like and fingers crossed that it is working. And continued recovery.

Now that is a good looking Shepard's Pie, and we love to smoke ours also. I must make it again, thanks for the reminder.

Shepherd's pie is one of my wife's favorite things to eat, may be her favorite. If we go out to eat and it's on the menu, she will definitely order it.

Im sure that pie helped dads recovery out a good bit. And helped mom out by keeping her out of the kitchen and tending to dad.
