That looks great but I will stand on the end of the line behind Steve H waiting for the fish to stop flopping around on the grill before I want to eat it. My parents have a friend that does off shore fishing quite often and we are lucky to get fresh Yellowtail every now and then.

Looks great to me. Perfectly cooked with a quick sear, and a complimentary sauce I'm familiar with.
