Second Sourdough Loaf

I bought a new digital scale off Amazon as my old was not seeming to work all that well (after a decade, bahaha). I think it made a difference. The smell of the bread in the house is so nice! it was a cool 48 when I got up and fired up the oven. great start!

Nice! I love good sourdough. Commercial loaves just don't do it.
