If anyone uses Legg's seasoning here is a good site at a very reasonable price. I used the snack stick mix, and they were gone in no time. I got thier Sweet Italian, Smoked Polish sausage and breakfast sausage mix, and I can't wait to try them

I have used legg's seasoning and they make a sausage cure and seasons. They seem to be fine and I will use them in the future. The new butcher thats really old school carries it and I have tried the sausage they make with it and it is so good there's about 4-6 of their sausages in my freezer right now.
