My wife got me this Meadow Creek for Christmas. She asked me when i was going to bbq on it, I said well i gotta season it, Ok what you waiting for....HAHA

Inside was wiped clean and sprayed with cooking oil, grate was hot steam cleaned and sprayed with cooking oil. Ok now i season to 250*

Maybe indirect smoked brisket this weekend.

Now thats a sweet grill you have there Nepas. Haven't you done enough grilling and smoking in the past few weeks for her.???
