I have been in the BBQ business off and on for years at various popular smokehouses. I used to cook on a L shaped smoker at home, but got tired of the tending the fire for 15 hours. I am currently planning on building a wine barrel electric smoker, and I just purchased a 40" Masterbuilt Electric. I make a damn good brisket and pork butt and my own sauces and sides as well. I love to cook and I love to eat!
