They had two picnics with the managers special price label.
#1 was 9.95# and was $7.80...
#2 was 8.2# and was $7.19...

We are doing a brunch for about 8 people on Easter and my wife is making a few quiche's. We have now added pulled pork to the menu.

What time would you all start on Saturday night? I want to pull around 11:30am or noon on Sunday. I like this size to sit in the cooler for at least an hour.
I was thinking 7pm Sat night? That would give me 17 hours total.

I would say you need atleast 14-15 hours including cooler time so yea I would leave a couple of hours for the stall or some other miss haps so. Your times seem to be right on target so grab your pillow and get to smoking and don't forget the Qview.

16hours for me start the cooker to the cooler for a couple hours and a 1/2 hour pulling / cleanup.
