Been several years since I made Scarbelly wings. See that I was not the only one making them Sunday. I didn't cook for the super bowl haven't really watched pro ball for many years. I must confess I did watch several Charger games. Herbert really is special to watch as a rookie.
So enough of that. Typical wing cook. Ran the 14" WSM @ 350. Flipped the wings once and basted them with the reduced injection marinade once towards the end.

Twice baked taters. Simple mix of sour cream, taco seasoned shredded cheese, black pepper, green onions for topping.
For the S'mores I fired up the SoloStove Lite with the alcohol burner.
